ADAPTIVE-ly REUSE-ing: Reimagining Old Buildings for New Uses
The Fall Conference will focus on adaptive reuse—the art of repurposing historic and underutilized structures to meet contemporary needs. This approach preserves architectural heritage while fostering curiosity, connection, and accessibility within the urban landscape.
Through expert-led lectures and site visits, participants will explore how adaptive reuse is reshaping Madrid and Segovia, blending history with modern function. IE University's Architecture program and Vertical Campus in Madrid will be key collaborators in this event.
