In partnership with RoboticPlus.TECH, members explored cutting-edge intelligent construction technology at their Demonstration Factory and visited the Orbit project at the West Bund Financial Hub. RoboticPlus.TECH, renowned for its innovative approach to digital design-build and intelligent construction, showcased its multi-faceted expertise in complex curtain wall consulting, structural consulting, DfMA, and smart factory solutions. Participants gained valuable insights into the journey from manufacturing to the realization of smart factory projects, exemplified by the Orbit’s seamless integration of design and technology.

Set in Fuxing Park, a century-old landmark in the heart of Shanghai, INS New Park represents the innovative revitalization of Shanghai’s nightlife culture. This six-story entertainment complex blends unique business formats, combining underground clubs, restaurants, nightclubs, and live houses to create a dynamic urban experience.
The event featured lectures and a guided tour by key figures, including Su Xinbao, Deputy General Manager of ECADI and Director of the Urban Renewal and Historic Building Protection Design Center, and Zhu Bo, Director of Engineering and Procurement at INS New Park. Attendees explored the design and operation of this non-standard commercial project and its transformation into a vibrant entertainment hub. Highlights included insights on leveraging Internet thinking to address opportunities and challenges in urban renewal and historic building preservation.
