AIA Hong Kong Honors and Awards ceremony
November and December have been incredibly eventful months for AIA Hong Kong, filled with exciting activities and achievements. We are thrilled to share that we recently hosted a highly successful joint event in Singapore in collaboration with our long-time Corporate Affiliate, AHEC. This event, titled Wood. Renewable By Nature. Sustainable By Design, was organized jointly by AIA Hong Kong and AIA Southeast Asia, and focused on exploring the innovative applications of wood in architecture and interiors. It provided a platform for industry professionals to exchange ideas and insights, further fostering our commitment to sustainable and cutting-edge design practices.
In addition, the annual AIA Hong Kong Honors and Awards ceremony and exhibition opening was successfully held on December 4. The ceremony was attended by over a hundred of our members and collaborators, who joined us in celebrating excellence in architecture and design. We are proud to showcase the impressive works of our members at the Rotunda in Exchange Square, Hong Kong, from now until December 14. This exhibition offers a unique opportunity for the public to appreciate the creativity and talent within our architectural community.
Lastly, we concluded our year with the Annual Dinner at the Asia Society Hong Kong on December 15, 2023. We extend our heartfelt appreciation to all our members, collaborators, and supporters for their unwavering dedication and contributions in 2023.
