Lighting Workshop – Jordan - Saturday 26 March
AIA Middle East was proud to host its first in-person event since the Dubai Conference - The Impacts of Lighting on the Impression on the Interior Space presented by Eng. Mashhour Arouri. The workshop provided a “3 hours of life” demonstration of the effect of the lighting on architecture and how lighting can enhance the user experience. The event was hosted at the Innoval lighting Solution Light Lab, which is equipped with proper tools for the light journey.
Light Design Lecture - Jordan - Sunday 27 March
Also from Jordan, AIA Middle East brought you a lecture on Light Design and Implementation for the Dome of the Rock presented by Eng. Mashhour Arouri. The course addressed the lighting design and implementation of lighting in the Dome of the Rock project in Jerusalem. The Project was constructed 1300 years ago and represents the main element of the skyline of the city of Jerusalem, a unique design with a golden dome and blue octagonal body in the middle of Jerusalem’s Old City.
