Please include your AIA Membership Number. This is required to make sure CES credits go to the right person.
Submit your form by Monday 27 November. Do not submit more than once; if you do so, only the latest entry will be counted.
Session attendance is subject to verification.
Certificates will not be issued unless by special request to administrativedirector@aiainternational.org, in cases where AIA members need to also report attendance for another organisation.
We appreciate your patience as we work to report attendance for all conference attendees who require it.
