Greetings from AIA Canada Society,

As the leaves begin to change for some of us, I’m excited to bring you the latest news and events from your Canadian friends focused on making our planet a greener place. Here’s what we’ve been up to:

RECENT ACTIVITIES

Continuing Education Webinars & Events: We've hosted various Continuing Education Webinars and In-Person Events, and engaged with key architectural and community stakeholders across Canada.

Whole Building Life Cycle Assessment Workshops | Royal Architectural Institute of Canada

Whole Building Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) Training: In partnership with the National Research Council of Canada and the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada, we offer a case study-based LCA curriculum to the Canadian architectural community.

RIBA Collaboration: with the objective to promote and strengthen links with the Royal Institute of British Architects, (RIBA). The AIA Canada Society was present in Toronto at the RIBA’s event on October 4th, its very first international inaugural meeting to discuss formalizing a future chapter of RIBA International in Canada. As a FRIBA member, I am honoured to be invited as a guest speaker.
