On October 22, AIA Hong Kong held its AGM, along with the 3rd and final Greater Bay Area symposium.
A well deserved pat on the back to the Chapter for delivering its mission to connect our members. As a quick recap, members connected in many ways:
With one another, FAIA and Honorary AIA members through talks / tours / events, both online and physical
Young Architects Group connected 73 Mentees to 19 Mentors
Cross chapter / institute collaboration with AIA SH, AIA NY, HKIA, RIBA, HK Facade Association, Habitat for Humanity HK, US Consulate, etc.
All in all, we delivered a total of 49 events to October this year (with 68LUs / 55.5HSW delivered so far)!
Together with the revamped website, and a comms team, the chapter also launched our first media campaign celebrating our 25th anniversary with monthly feature stories celebrating Architecture in the chapter's region.
