AIA Middle East and AIA International Region are excited to invite you to our 2021 Annual Conference, to be held in the UAE during the Dubai World Expo on November 11 - 14. Join us there!

Unfortunately, due to Covid regulations in place at the venues, we cannot accommodate any additional attendees for the Dubai city tours and the AIA Middle East Cocktail Reception at the USA Pavilion. We apologise for these restrictions. Please note this before booking your ticket.

Expo 2020 Dubai - “Connecting Minds, Creating the Future”

The UAE selected the theme "Connecting Minds, Creating the Future" with the sub-themes Sustainability, Mobility and Opportunity.

Inspired by this theme, we expect this to be our greatest conference ever, with colleagues joining us from all 7 International Chapters and across the globe, where the AIA is proudly represented by Country Representatives in more than 20 countries. We will soon release more details of the exciting speakers and tours we are organizing to deliver the stellar Continuing Education learning units we have all grown accustomed to.

This will be a hybrid conference, with some sessions offered both in-person and online, to accommodate those individuals unable to travel to Dubai.

Our Program Outline

Starting with an evening reception on Wednesday 10 November, we will kick things off with great seminars and walking tours from Thursday 11 through Saturday 13 November, where we are sure to celebrate the “greatest show on earth” with you! For those delegates who choose to join us, we are also providing an extra tour of Abu Dhabi on Sunday 14 November, at additional cost, where you can visit the award-winning and iconic Louvre Abu Dhabi by Jean Nouvel and the Sheikh Zayed Mosque.

Your In Person ticket gives you:

• Our full educational program of lectures and tours, offering a total 12 LUs for AIA Members (tbc)

• Access to Expo 2020 Dubai, including guided tours of pavilions

• A one-day Dubai city tour, including entry to famous landmarks

• Transport from designated conference hotels to venues and around Dubai

• Catering, including the gala dinner.

Please Note: The Abu Dhabi tour is not included in the conference package; however, tickets for this additional one-day tour are now also on sale!

We offer Plus One tickets, for one guest of a conference ticket holder to join the Dubai tour and/ or the Gala dinner.

• Plus One - Dubai Tour guest - $25.00

• Plus One - Gala dinner guest - $60.00.

We also offer Online access tickets for people unable to travel to Dubai.

• Online ticket - $50.00

This ticket gives you online admission to lectures and tours in Dubai, offering a total 12 LUs for AIA Members (tbc). It includes exclusive on-demand access for a limited period after the conference ends.
