Mr. Hsieh is an architect and urban designer with comprehensive project experience including regional strategic planning, new town planning, waterfront design, urban mixed use, tourism, and hospitality sectors in the United States, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, India, Vietnam, and Middle East.
He joined AECOM in 2008. Throughout many years leading multidisciplinary project team as the principal in charge and design director, he is skilled in providing the integrated solutions to tackle complicated project types and facilitate clients on decision making throughout different phases of projects. In 2018, he was appointed by FOSUN Group and AECOM to spearhead the Transit-orientated Development (TOD) market and set up a joint venture company to lead this practice.
Besides, he also actively participates in the international professional affiliations, such as AIA, ULI and Columbia University GSAPP, monitoring panels, addressing in forums, and mentoring young professionals.
Mr. Hsieh received his Master of Science in Architecture and Urban Design degree from Columbia University. He is an international member of American Institute of Architects and a registered architect in Taiwan.
