FCM Program Outreach Advisor
As an advisor with FCM’s Programs Outreach team, Patrick supports Canadian municipalities in the evaluation and implementation of innovative, sustainable development initiatives –equipping communities and their partners with the tools and resources needed to pursue ambitious environmental projects. With a Bachelor of Physical Geography and a post-graduate degree in Environmental Management, he has worked with conservation authorities in Ontario to improve asset management and develop source-water protection plans.
