Tushar Sogani is an accomplished architect with a Bachelor's degree from Malaviya Regional Engineering College, Jaipur. Chairman of the Indian Institute of Architects, Rajasthan Chapter, and Jr. Vice President of the National Committee. He is an International Associate Member of The American Institute of Architects.
A pioneering figure in modern high-rise development, Tushar has led the way in creating innovative commercial and residential buildings. Currently overseeing over 65 million square feet of development across multiple sites, Tushar provides design consultancy services to major developers, builders, institutes, hoteliers, and other key players in the real estate industry nationwide.
Tushar is credited with designing multiple green buildings that are both energy-efficient and environmentally sustainable. Tushar's commitment to sustainability is evident through his leadership in green initiatives and past chairmanship of the Arcasia Committee on Green & Sustainable Architecture. He also chairs the ASSOCHAM Rajasthan State Development Council and contributes to policy formulation as a government board member.
He has received numerous awards in recognition of his professional achievements. These include being named as the most promising Emerging Architect by CREDAI, Best Sustainable Architectural Practice by Danik Bhaskar, Best High-rise Building Architect by Zee TV Group, and Outstanding Concrete Structures & Dream Home Designer by Ultratech Cement. Tushar has also been honored as one of India’s top 50 Phenomenal Architects by Interiors & Décor Magazine.
