Event Description

A panel discussion of industry experts will examine current trends and future opportunities of designing building facades within the context of sustainability. Both embodied carbon and operational carbon will be considered and how this affects design decisions. Materials selection, control and monitoring, integration with BMS systems and ‘smart’ facades, and the effects of climate change will be discussed. There will be extensive Q&A allowing for audience participation and discussion.
