Mr. Khiem received a Fulbright scholarship for doing his master degree and gained his Master of Public Policy at Fulbright School of Public Policy and Management (FUV) in 2021. He has been a visiting lecturer at University of Architecture of Ho Chi Minh City (UAH) from 2018 to present.

He has 15 years of professional experience in architectural design consultancy for British and local architectural firm with projects related to heritage conservation and new development projects in UK and Vietnam.

Currently, he is CEO of Laperle Co., Ltd in Vietnam.
