Jaime Pascual is born in Chile on 1978 and develops his architecture formation between the cities of Buenos Aires, Argentina and Santiago de Chile at University of Belgrano and Central. He graduates in 2007 and co-founds VC Arquitectura, with whom participates in projects related to industrial, housing and retail design.

In 2009 he began his master program at Universidad Catolica de Chile, where he focused his research on the study of prefabricated construction systems and the use of state-of-the-art software. At the same time, he partners with Felipe Zapata and Mario Monardes to form BILT studio, where they manage to deliver both architectural and construction services.

Since 2013 he began to operate with his own studio, JParq. that has presence in Chile and Peru. Collaborating with prestigious partners and brands in the region.
