An Architect, Realty Consultant, Building Engineer, Project Manager and Arbitrator, David is a built environment professional with over twenty-five years’ experience in the field of Residential, Commercial, Educational, Religious, Retail, Recreational Industrial and Infrastructural Developments. He worked in several Architectural Practices in the UK for over twelve-years before returning home when he founded Kenning Homes Limited in Lagos, Nigeria seventeen-years ago, where he is currently the Principal Partner.

David has worked successfully with multi-nationals in joint-venture developments and his passion for his Profession earned him respect and trust from his clients and contemporaries. With his talent in teaching and desire in imparting knowledge, scores of would-be professionals pass through his tutorials and mentorship programmes tailored towards licensure and professional development. He has also been a very active and valuable Member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects where he has held a few posts at the local Chapter and National levels.

A philanthropist by nature, David has held leadership roles in a few Social Clubs in Lagos and has been instrumental to several CSR Projects, within and outside Lagos, including educational, military, orphanage, geriatric support, etc.

David is widely traveled, having visited twelve Countries in five Continents and still counting. This has enabled him to be broad-minded and innovative while exuding excellence in service and stewardship.
