Event Description

Adaptive reuse repurposes historic or underutilized buildings, seamlessly blending architectural heritage with contemporary needs. This approach fosters layered environments that invite curiosity and connection, offering a link to the past while integrating modern uses.  

Through site visits and lectures, the conference will explore how adaptive reuse has enriched the city's urban landscape, making architectural experiences more accessible. IE University's Architecture program and Vertical Campus in Madrid will also play a key role in this event.
