Alex Chuang is the Associate Partner of JJP Architects and Planners and the General Manager of JJP China office. He received his Master of Architecture Degree from Washington University in St. Louis. (1985) and an EMBA degree from Peking University (2007).

In 1990, he started working for HSA (Taiwan) and his professional expertise has led his way from designer, PA, PM, all the way to Vice President in this company with specialty in shopping mall and retail design.

In 2005, he established his own practice Radiant Design in Beijing. Most of the firm’s efforts are focused on the design excellence and problem-solving of mix-use development and TOD projects in China.

In 2017, while Radiant Design was merging with JJP, Mr. Chuang joined JJP as the Associate Partner and served as the GM of JJP China HQ,  continued to contribute his knowledge and capability for the company’s growth in the architecture industry.
