Born with an insatiable curiosity and a steadfast commitment to positive impact, Adegbenga Oshineye has made significant strides in architecture and sustainable development. He began his higher education at the Federal Polytechnic Bauchi, earning a Certificate and Advanced Certificate in Architectural Draughtsmanship along with an Ordinary National Diploma in Architecture. In 2000, he advanced to the University of Jos, where he obtained both B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Architecture.

Immediately after university, Adegbenga launched his career in consulting by joining a boutique architectural firm. He later established Arctuals Concepts Ltd, an Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) firm where he serves as Principal Partner. His notable projects include the Ilorin Smart City, Nigeria Army University Biu, and numerous academic and residential developments.

A member of the Nigeria Institute of Architects (NIA) and the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON), he currently serves as Chairman of the Admissions and Members Services Committee. Adegbenga is also an International Associate of the American Institute of Architects (AIA Int.) and is dedicated to advancing research in sustainable development.
